Cocoa shells heat pad

Gravitex has developed the world’s first heating pad with cocoa shells for Vivani: VIVANI “COCOA CURE”. The highlight: The pillow not only warms pleasantly, but also exudes a wonderful chocolate scent.

During production, organic cocoa shells from the production of VIVANI chocolates are “saved”. What other manufacturers dispose of as waste, provides a valuable basis for the “COCOA CURE” pillow, which stimulates all the senses and provides wonderful relaxation. The cocoa shells are enriched with organic spelt, which has a good heat storage capacity and guarantees a long pleasant warming effect.

All pillows are sewn by hand and made of 100% organic cotton qualities. A supplied ribbon and loops attached to the pillow provide (if desired) a flexible fixation to the whole body and a firm hold.

Merchandize Sausage Box

Atmospheric sausage pillow arrangement in the customer’s corporate design as shop decoration.

We decided to collect pre-used fruit crates from street markets in Berlin and re-purpose them to capture the brand’s vintage look. The wooden box is filled with various sausage pillows from the Aufschnitt brand, rounded off with the customer’s logo banderoles and textile logo tags. Lovingly packed with authentic cling wrap and decorative silver stickers.

Makeshift Masks Production

We produce washable makeshift masks for multiple uses. The 2-layer masks are shaped and fit the face contour . They are fastened with a elastic band behind the ear. They serve to cover the nose and mouth area and to hold back your own droplets. It is not a medical protective mask according to (EU) 2016/425, PSA-VO and (EU) 2017/745 MedPr-VO.

The material is breathable and skin-friendly. Individual adjustments of the masks in material, color and shape are possible on request. The masks can be customized with embroidery logos and lettering.

The black dress is created by GRAVITEX, from the design, to the pattern making and the fabrication. Inspired by a multicultural approach, it is a mix between a japanese Kimono, a north african Jebba and a classic occidental shirt. This piece can be customized with every textile and color, for different sizes.

Grenade Purse

Gravitex developed a series of archaic weapon cushions under the name “Aufstand” for the Private Label Collection. Through a zipper you reach the inside of the grenade, which also serves as a purse. Made of PU-coated fabric in braided look, notice the practical detail is the key ring so that you never lose your grenade.

Pineapple Pillow

Gravitex designed an elegant pineapple decoration pillow for the Private Label Collection. The fruit body is made of a rhomb-shaped quilted black satin and filled with siliconized polyester fiber . The foliage folds around a soft central core. The leaves are made of satin and stiffened.

Ravioli Pillow

Gravitex produces for the Private Label Collection an amusing and practical pillow set in ravioli design. The set consists of a pillow filled with siliconized polyester fibers and a half ravioli as a sleeve for a rolled-up blanket, which at the same time represents the filling. From the ravioli cushions the inner cushion can be removed via a zipper on the back. In order to approximate the feel of a real ravioli, a brushed microfiber was chosen for the outer shells. For care instructions, after washing flatten the decorative zig zag border with ironing.

Banane Pillow

Gravitex produced a series of banana cushions for the Private Label Collection. The outer shell of the banana is made of tightly knit yellow cotton interlock and hand painted with textile colors.The surface texture of the peeled banana was imitated with cream cotton broad cord. The banana cushion is customizable and scalable in sizes, available in a peeled or unpeeled version.
