Cocoa shells heat pad

 

Gravitex has developed the world’s first heating pad with cocoa shells for Vivani: VIVANI “COCOA CURE”. The highlight: The pillow not only warms pleasantly, but also exudes a wonderful chocolate scent.

During production, organic cocoa shells from the production of VIVANI chocolates are “saved”. What other manufacturers dispose of as waste, provides a valuable basis for the “COCOA CURE” pillow, which stimulates all the senses and provides wonderful relaxation. The cocoa shells are enriched with organic spelt, which has a good heat storage capacity and guarantees a long pleasant warming effect.

All pillows are sewn by hand and made of 100% organic cotton qualities. A supplied ribbon and loops attached to the pillow provide (if desired) a flexible fixation to the whole body and a firm hold.

Market Research – Colombiatex de las Américas 2022

Latin America is home to some major textile-producing nations, such as Peru, Brazil, and Colombia. Peru is South America’s biggest clothing exporter, and it boasts of unique domestic raw materials, especially alpaca fiber and Tangüis cotton. Brazil has enormous growth potential in both its textile supply chains, natural fibers and man-made fibers. Colombia is also expected to witness great opportunities in the textile and fashion market. Meanwhile, countries – Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua – are eagerly competing among themselves and against Haiti for niches in the US market.

Colombiatex de las Américas 2022 is the largest trade show of this continent, combining all its potential. More than 500 companies will present their products and services to an international clientele from January 25 to 27.

Gravitex is joining this event and researching in the field of  manufacturers, textile suppliers, full packaging services and other

Merchandize Sausage Box

Atmospheric sausage pillow arrangement in the customer’s corporate design as shop decoration.

We decided to collect pre-used fruit crates from street markets in Berlin and re-purpose them to capture the brand’s vintage look. The wooden box is filled with various sausage pillows from the Aufschnitt brand, rounded off with the customer’s logo banderoles and textile logo tags. Lovingly packed with authentic cling wrap and decorative silver stickers.

The agency Kemmler & Kemmler designed a booth for the Bread & Butter, 2017. the industrial butchery ambience for a New York shoe store.   Gravitex has produced various sausage cushions, ham bean bags and a chop carpet in cooperation with the brand of Aufschnitt.

Zozoville Monster Pillow

In cooperation with Zozoville Gallery, Gravitex developed a monster throw pillow from prototyping to mass production abroad. The cushion’s outer shell is made of a cuddly, artificial fur. As a special detail an eye ball with half closed eyelid is placed centrally. The mouth is covered with teeth and at the same time forms the slot for the contrasting inner cushion. The filling of the inner cushion is made of siliconized polyester fiber. The woven label with logo and care instruction were created by Gravitex.

Gravitex designed an elegant pineapple decoration pillow for the Private Label Collection. The fruit body is made of a rhomb-shaped quilted black satin and filled with siliconized polyester fiber . The foliage folds around a soft central core. The leaves are made of satin and stiffened.

Hand puppet serie

The Five Piece hand puppet series was made according to drawings from the customer who desired “A puppet show for adults”. For the heads foam was cut into shape, covered with Lycra fabric and provided with textile decoration. The clothing or the body was developed via fabric applications. Despite the oversized head, Gravitex developed a technique to operate the hand puppet.
